UI, Treasure Chest first steps and bug fixes

This past week Chris and I have also been fairly busy with Educational, but we think we should have more studio time going forward.

I fixed a couple bugs that have existed for awhile. One: AI now properly rotate with the character in combat after reaching melee range. Two: sometimes your attacks would not have their colliders enabled when they should have, now that doesn't happen. I also created a skeleton enemy that uses proper art and is not just placeholder models.

Next, I added UI to the game. It was previously devoid on it other than enemies having a healthbar and name. Now the player has a healthbar and gold tracker, although there is not any gold being tracked at the moment, the number is simply a placeholder. More importantly I created a system to display interaction text. Now, when the player is in front of a box, it tells them a hotkey to push and what action they will take by doing so. Same goes if they're looking at something they can grapple at or if they're standing in front of a treasure chest. This really helps give the player feedback on what actions they can take and will be useful moving forward.

Lastly, I added a simple treasure chest system. Right now the player can approach and open a treasure chest with "F". It animates open and plays SFX. It does not award any items or currency yet as those have yet to be implemented, but it should not be hard to make it do so once that is done.

Next, I'd like to either add real items and currency, or create NPCs that the player can talk to.
