This past week I have implemented much more detail and expanded the main hall of the Crypt of the Damned. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I will let them do most the talking.
I really wanted to nail down the feeling this was a worn down place. Most of the collapsed rooms give a sense that this place is larger than it appears, and that there is more to this crypt than is able to be explored. I also wanted the pools of poison to have these heads where the water was coming out and was really satisfied with the look. Lastly, the entrance to the boss room was important to have a feeling ominous threat to it, hence the important statues and stairway leading up to it. My plan is to flesh out the hook system more, and continue the dungeon design!
